Windowblinds and Objectdock

I need some help everytime i open objectdock my start bar just disappears can someone help me on this please thank you it might have something to do with Windowblinds or Objectdock idk any help would be helpful

Right-click the dock > select the General Tab > uncheck the option stating "Hide the windows Taskbar".
